These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 12jet platform and all services connected to it. By using this website and its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

2.3 Verification

12jet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, such as a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong password made up of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a cyber cafe or shared device.
• 12jet will not be held responsible for any loss caused by a third party using your account.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 12jet is ৳300. We currently accept payments through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Once a deposit is successful, the balance is credited to your account instantly.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted and funds may be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, 12jet may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met for winnings derived from bonus use.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No exchange rate risk applies.

Bonuses and Promotions

12jet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These offers are provided subject to their own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus and any winnings earned from it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• 12jet reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• There is a set deadline for meeting wagering requirements — if not met on time, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.2 VIP Program

12jet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Wagering requirements may also apply to any cashback or rewards received through VIP benefits.

Fair Play and Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

Limitation of Liability

• If the user's account suffers any loss due to their own negligence or error.
• If loss occurs due to third-party interference or hacking, provided that 12jet has taken appropriate security measures.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• For issues arising from the user's failure to comply with online gaming laws in their country.

12jet's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the user's account balance at the time of the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the 12jet platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 12jet or its licensors.

• No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without the written permission of 12jet.
• Users may view and read content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• 12jet reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property.

Privacy and Data Protection

12jet may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

Dispute Resolution
